2026 Fall Tree Sale Form

Note: This form should only be completed and submitted by Shoreview residents. Tax and processing fee will be added at time of payment. Ordering will close on August 25th at 4pm

    • One tree per property
    • Orders with more than one tree will be canceled
    • Limited quantities available
    • Trees are offered at a special low cost of $50 plus tax and processing fee
    • Delivery is included. Trees and shrubs will be delivered in mid-late September
    • Tree survival is not guaranteed - please prepare to plant and care for trees
    • No refunds or warranty
